Buford Brooks Glass, 82, passed away January 3, 2020. He was born in Fleming County October 9, 1937 to the late William and Addie Helphenstine Glass. He was a farmer, who loved coon hunting and loved his coon dogs. He is survived by his children; Lisa ( Larry) Hammond, Jeffrey Glass and Jackie ( Diane) Glass, four grandchildren; Kayla ( Samuel) Williams, Jennifer ( Derek) Emanuel, Jackie Glass and Dustin Glass, four great-grandchildren; Abigail and Maximillian Williams, Colton and Aiden Emanuel. He was preceded in death by six brothers; Douglas Glass, Benny Glass, Eugene Glass, Herbert Glass, Woody Glass and Billy Ray Glass, three sisters; Audrey George, Betty Fryman and Lillian Glass. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday January 7, 2020 at Carlisle-Clark Funeral Home with Elder Jimmy Dale officiating with burial following in Elizaville Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 12 – 2 pm. Pallbearers are; Tony Dale, Keith “Skeeter” Glass, Steve Fryman, Woody Fryman, Sterling Glass, Gene Glass and Derek Emanuel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home. Carlisle-Clark Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
