Jeffrey Donald Vaughn, 58 passed away December 17, 2021 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. He was born December 6, 1963 to Reitha Wells Boone Vaughn and the late William Donald Vaughn. He was an employee of Nicholas County Schools and 3M. He was a big U K and Bengals Fan, he also loved golfing and fishing. He was a member of the Carlisle Christian Church and loved his church family. He is survived by his mother Reitha Wells Boone Vaughn, three uncles, Ricky ( Dana) Boone, Paris, Ky, Roy ( Barbara Vaughn, Summerfield, Florida and Roger ( Bonnie) Vaughn, Danville, Ky ,and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father William Donald Vaughn, a brother, Mark Vaughn, his maternal grandparents Clarence and Helen Boone, his paternal grandparents, William Donald and Irene Woodard Vaughn. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Wednesday December 22, 2021 at Carlisle-Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Smith officiating with burial following in the Carlisle Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 11 am – 1 pm. Pallbearers are Mike Boone, Kim Boone, Darrell Boone, Jason Dixon, Timmy Dixon and David Green. Carlisle-Clark Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
